CANCELLATION POLICY


At Arielle Academy, I value the time and commitment of both our parents and students. To ensure the smooth operation of our tutoring services, I adhere to this cancellation policy:

1. Free Sick/Emergency Cancellation Day: Each client is entitled to one free sick or emergency cancellation day per calendar year. If you need to cancel a session due to illness or an emergency, you may do so without any penalty. I will provide a full refund for the session fee in this case.

2. 50% Deduction with 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel a tutoring session, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. In this case, you will receive a 50% deduction from the session’s price. This policy allows me to plan accordingly.

3. Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you must cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee, and no refund will be issued. This policy helps me ensure availability and maintain the integrity of my scheduling.

Please note the following considerations:

Cancellation requests should be communicated through our official communication channels, such as email or phone, to ensure proper documentation.

The cancellation policy is in effect to provide fairness to both the clients and the tutor.

Cancellation days reset at the beginning of each calendar year.

If you’ve used your one free sick or emergency cancellation day for the year, subsequent cancellations due to sickness or emergencies will be subject to the 50% deduction policy with 24 hours’ notice.
